Premature Ejaculation (PE)

Premature Ejaculation (PE)

Dr. Pugach no longer treats men with PE and refers patients to USC Institute of Urology at Keck Medicine USC.

Many men who experience PE feel embarrassed and are reluctant to discuss this common condition with their doctor. We know it’s difficult to talk about. But, we want you to know that we deal with PE every day of the week and have helped countless patients who suffer from PE over the years.

Premature ejaculation is a common and treatable condition. In fact, recent studies suggest that up to 40% of men may suffer from PE!  Many men begin to question their sexual ability and report self-esteem problems or trouble in their personal relationships. PE is a frustrating problem but there is no reason to despair or worry that it is “all in your head.” Although a psychological component can contribute to PE, a medical reason is often present.
