PEYRONIE’S DISEASE – While the reasons for Peyronie’s Disease are not well understood, it’s hard to miss the symptoms – curvature or an hourglass deformity of the penis that can make penetration painful or difficult and, in some cases, painful erections even without curvature. ADULT CIRCUMCISION – More and more men are deciding to have a circumcision in their adult years. There are many reasons for this, including personal hygiene, painful erections, bleeding and cracking of the foreskin with erections and preventing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). INFERTILITY SERVICES – Infertility affects males nearly as often as it does women. Statistics demonstrate that up to 40% of men may suffer from some form of male infertility. There are successful medical and surgical treatments for male infertility conditions. Some of these conditions are due to abnormalities in the male reproductive tract. Dr. Robert Pugach will conduct a thorough medical and physical examination to precisely determine the precise nature of your infertility problem. Reproductive endocrinology and surgical treatment services include, TESA, TESE, varicocele surgery.

As of January 1, 2019, Dr. Robert Pugach no longer accepts new patients for the following Male Health and Hormone conditions listed below. We invite you to read the information on these conditions and available treatment options. TESTOSTERONE DEFICIENCY (LOW T) – Declining hormone levels (also known as Low T, low testosterone, andropause or male menopause) are not a myth. Over time the principle male hormone, testosterone, begins to decline. Testosterone levels, which peak in men between the ages of 25 and 35, gradually decrease as hormone producing cells in the testicles stop functioning. Learn more about Low T and the many treatment options available (Creams/Gels, Pellets, Injectables and other therapies).

Dr. Pugach no longer treats men with Low T and refers patients to USC Institute of Urology at Keck Medicine USC.
ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED) – Simply stated, erectile dysfunction, or ED, is the inability to attain and maintain an erection adequate for satisfactory sexual activity. Most of Dr. Robert Pugach’s patients ask what are the reasons that men develop ED? They include inadequate blood flow into the penis, excessive outflow of blood (also known as a venous leak), side effects of medications and various nervous system disorders.

Dr. Pugach no longer treats men with ED and refers patients to USC Institute of Urology at Keck Medicine USC.
PREMATURE EJACULATION (PE) – is a condition that most men have been silent about in the past. As we learn more about PE we also learn how common it is.

Dr. Pugach no longer treats men with PE and refers patients to USC Institute of Urology at Keck Medicine USC.

We continue to offer services for male health including No Needle No Scalpel Vasectomy, infertility, Peyronie’s Disease, and adult circumcisions.
